  • Can I access the Project 12 on different devices?

    Yes, our platform is accessible to multiple devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops and smart TVs. This flexibility allows you to workout anytime, anywhere, according to your convenience. 

  • Can I cancel my membership at any time?

    Yes! You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account settings. There are no long-term commitments and if you cancel before your free trial ends, you won't be charged!

    Is there a free trial period before subscribing?

    Yes! We offer a free trial period for new subscribers on our 'paid weekly' option. If you cancel before your trial ends, you won't be charged. Use code "PROJECTFREE" in the 'paid weekly'* option and receive 7 days free!

    *(Unfortunately (...and we know it's not ideal) the free trial is only available under the paid weekly option. If you love us after your trial and want to have access for the year, cancel before your free trial and resubscribe under the yearly option. Clunky, we know. But we're working on it! )

  • I HAVE A PRE-EXISTING INJURY

    If you have pre-existing injuries or medical conditions, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.

    The clearance to participate in Project 12 classes should be made in consultation with your healthcare provider to ensure it aligns with your individual needs and promotes your overall health and well-being.

    I'M PREGNANT CAN I PARTICIPATE?

    If you're pregnant, it's crucial to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, including Project 12 workouts.

    In general, some of our classes can be suitable for pregnant individuals, especially those who were active before pregnancy and have no complications. However, it's essential to modify exercises, avoid high-impact movements, and prioritize your safety and comfort during all workouts.
