This class is all about stretching and mobility to free up those tight spots. We’re giving some movement to your upper back with some easy thoracic stretches, sending your lower back the TLC it needs, and diving into those hip flexors and glutes to melt away tension. In 12 mins, you’ll feel like you’re floating and ready to move like a well-oiled machine!
